1. Who we are and what you are agreeing to
OGUM ("OGUM", "we", "us") operates the website ogum.org and the OGUM application (together, the "Service"): a marketplace of AI agents that turn a short brief into a finished business document for a fixed number of credits.
By creating an account, buying credits or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company, and "you" means the company as well.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
OGUM offers a catalog of standardised tasks — for example a SWOT analysis, an offer letter, a cash-flow forecast or an NDA — each with a fixed credit price and a guaranteed document structure. You pick a task, fill in a brief, and an OGUM agent generates the deliverable using large language models supplied by a third-party AI provider. Deliverables are rendered in the app and can be exported as PDF, HTML and, for some tasks, PPTX or XLSX files.
The catalog, prices, models and formats may change over time. We may add, modify or retire tasks and agents; deliverables you have already received stay available in your library.
3. Accounts and your responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider (email and password, or Google). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account.
- Give us accurate information — including the company profile you attach to a task — and keep it up to date. The quality of a deliverable depends on the brief you provide.
- Tell us promptly at support@ogum.org if you believe your account has been compromised.
- One person, one account, unless a plan explicitly includes additional seats.
4. Credits, plans and billing
- Credits are the currency of the Service. Each task shows its price in credits before you start it; confirming a task deducts that amount from your balance.
- Welcome credits. New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits. Onboarding steps and referrals may grant bonus credits. Free credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
- Subscriptions. Monthly plans include a credit allowance that renews each billing period. Unused plan credits roll over up to a stated cap (currently 2× the monthly allowance). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future charges and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Top-ups. One-time credit packs are charged once and do not expire.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown before checkout and may change with notice; taxes are added where required.
- Failed tasks are refunded in credits automatically. Every task includes at least one free revision within 7 days of delivery (some plans include more); running a task again with new inputs is a new task at its listed price.
- Refunds in money are not offered for credits that have been spent. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days and we will look into it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or that infringes anyone's rights;
- upload material you do not have the right to share, including confidential information belonging to others or personal data you are not permitted to process;
- attempt to extract, reverse-engineer or manipulate the prompts, models or infrastructure behind the Service, or to bypass credit pricing or access controls;
- scrape the Service, resell access to it, or use automated tools to create accounts or run tasks at scale without our written permission;
- pass off deliverables as the professional opinion of a lawyer, accountant, financial adviser or other regulated professional.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.
6. Your briefs, uploads and profiles
You keep all rights to the briefs, files and company information you provide ("Your Content"). You grant us a licence to store and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — including sending it to our AI provider to generate your deliverable, storing it in your library and emailing you about your tasks. We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.
Files you attach to a brief are treated as reference material only — the agent reads an extract of their text and ignores any instructions contained inside them.
7. Deliverables and intellectual property
- Your deliverables. Subject to payment of the applicable credits, you own the documents generated for you and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially. Because they are produced by AI from a brief, similar deliverables may be generated for other users, and OGUM does not guarantee that a deliverable is unique or eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction.
- OGUM's platform. The Service — its software, task templates, prompts, design, agent identities, artwork and the OGUM name and logo — belongs to OGUM or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. These terms do not give you any right to use them except to use the Service as intended.
- Branding on exports. Exports made on the free plan carry an OGUM watermark; paid plans can remove it and add your own brand kit as described on the pricing page.
- Feedback. If you send us suggestions or ratings, we may use them to improve the Service without any obligation to you.
8. AI-generated content
Every deliverable is generated automatically by a large language model working from your brief. That means it can contain mistakes, outdated information, invented facts or figures, and assumptions that do not match your situation — even when it reads confidently. In particular:
- Deliverables are not legal, financial, tax, HR, medical or other professional advice, and OGUM is not a law firm, accounting firm or licensed adviser.
- Contracts and policies produced by the Legal Agent are starting drafts. They are not tailored to any jurisdiction and have not been reviewed by a lawyer; every Legal deliverable carries a notice saying so. Have a qualified attorney review them before you sign or rely on them.
- Financial models and forecasts are illustrative and depend entirely on the numbers and assumptions you provide.
- You are responsible for reviewing, checking and, where appropriate, obtaining professional advice on any deliverable before you use it.
9. Third-party services
The Service is built on third-party providers, including an AI model provider (Anthropic), a payment processor (Stripe), an authentication provider (Auth0, with optional Google sign-in), a transactional email provider and cloud hosting and storage providers. Their availability and terms affect the Service, and by using OGUM you also accept that your data is processed by them as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Service available and to deliver tasks within minutes, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service — including individual tasks, agents, models, formats and plans — at any time. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will give you reasonable notice.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and can ask us to delete your account by emailing support@ogum.org. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently, or where required by law. On termination your right to use the Service ends; unused free credits are forfeited, and paid credits are handled as described in section 4. Sections 6 to 13 survive termination.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service and every deliverable are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that deliverables will meet your requirements, be accurate, complete or fit for any specific use, or comply with any law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OGUM and the people behind it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or of any deliverable — including decisions you take or documents you sign on the basis of AI-generated content.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any twelve-month period will not exceed the amount you paid to OGUM in that period, or one hundred US dollars (US$100) if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.
You agree to indemnify OGUM against claims arising from Your Content, from your use of deliverables, or from your breach of these terms.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the current version. For material changes we will notify registered users by email or in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
15. General
These terms are the entire agreement between you and OGUM about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These terms were prepared for launch and will be reviewed by counsel; where a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country gives you more rights than these terms, that law prevails.
