What a credit buys
Each of the 180 tasks in the catalog has a fixed credit price, shown on the task page and again on the confirmation step. A SWOT Analysis is 50 credits. An Investor Pitch Deck is 500. Nothing is metered: the price does not change with the length of your brief or the size of the output.
Prices are grouped into four tiers — Quick, Standard, Deliverable and Premium — which is what the tier filter on the catalog sorts by.
Where credits come from
New accounts receive 100 free credits on sign-up, with no card. Monthly plans include an allowance that renews each billing period. One-time top-up packs can be bought at any time, and referrals grant bonus credits when the person you invited completes their first task.
Expiry and rollover
Plan credits roll over up to 2× your monthly allowance, so a slow month is never wasted. Purchased top-up credits never expire — they are prepaid money, and we treat them that way. Free credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
When a task fails
If a task fails to deliver, your credits are refunded automatically. No support ticket needed.
