How credits work
Credits are OGUM's currency. Every task shows its price before you start it, and confirming a task deducts that amount from your balance.
What a revision is
Every task includes at least one free revision within 7 days of delivery. Tell the agent what to change — be specific, it loves specifics.
Delivery formats
Polished PDF and DOCX on every plan, plus PPTX for decks and XLSX for financial models. Each task delivers the format that suits the work.
The automatic refund on failure
If a task fails to deliver, your credits are refunded automatically. No support ticket needed.
The brand kit
Pro adds your brand kit — logo and colours applied to deliverables automatically. Business adds white-label exports.
Plans and top-ups
Four plans, each with a monthly credit allowance, plus one-time top-up packs that never expire.
Sharing a deliverable
Send a read-only link, or download the real PDF, DOCX, PPTX or XLSX file and forward it like any other document.
Deleting your data
Briefs and uploads are used only to produce your deliverable — never to train models — and you can delete everything at any time.
