The brand kit

Pro adds your brand kit — logo and colours applied to deliverables automatically. Business adds white-label exports.

What the brand kit is

A brand kit is the logo and colour set you save once in Settings. From then on, deliverables are produced with them applied, so a document you forward to a client looks like yours rather than like a tool's output.

Which plans include it

The brand kit is part of the Pro plan and above; the Free and Starter plans export without it, and Free exports carry a watermark. The Business plan goes further with white-label exports, which remove OGUM branding entirely.

Setting it up

Open Settings in the app and add your logo and colours there. Deliverables generated afterwards pick it up automatically — there is nothing to apply per task.

Frequently asked questions

Which plan do I need for the brand kit?

Pro adds your brand kit, with the logo and colors applied automatically. Business adds white-label exports on top.

What is the difference between branding and white-label?

The brand kit puts your logo and colours on the deliverable. White-label, on Business, removes OGUM branding from the export entirely.

Does the brand kit apply to every format?

It is applied to the deliverables your plan can export — PDF and DOCX on every plan, plus PPTX and XLSX from Pro.
