A public link, no account needed
Every deliverable can be published as a read-only link. Open the deliverable in your library, create the link, and whoever you send it to sees the document in the browser — no OGUM account, no sign-in.
The link carries the document only: the title, the summary, the cover stats and the sections. Your name, your email, your company profile and the brief you wrote are never part of it.
Links expire. Thirty days is the default and a year is the maximum; you choose when you create it. You can revoke a link at any time, and re-creating one issues a fresh address so anything already sent stops working — that is how you un-share with a single recipient.
Exporting and sending
Deliverables live in your library in the app, and each one exports as the file format its task produces. Once downloaded it behaves like any other document: attach it to an email, drop it in a shared drive, or open it in Word, Excel or PowerPoint and keep editing.
What the recipient sees
That depends on your plan. Free-plan exports carry a watermark. From Pro, your brand kit is applied, so your logo and colours are on the document. Business exports are white-label, with OGUM branding removed entirely.
Sharing inside a team
The Business plan includes 3 seats and a shared workspace, so colleagues work from the same credit balance and the same brand kit rather than forwarding files between personal accounts.
Who owns it
You do. Subject to payment of the applicable credits, you own the documents generated for you and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use a deliverable commercially?
Yes. Subject to payment of the applicable credits, you own the documents generated for you and may use them for any lawful purpose, including commercially.
How do I remove OGUM branding?
Business-plan exports are white-label and remove OGUM branding entirely. Pro applies your own brand kit on top of the standard export.
Does the person I share a link with see my brief?
No. A share link exposes the finished document and nothing else — not the brief you wrote, not your profile, not your email address.
Can I take a share link back?
Yes. Revoke it and the address stops working immediately, for everyone who has it. Links also expire on their own — 30 days by default, up to a year.
Can I delete a deliverable after sharing it?
You can delete individual deliverables from your library at any time; deletion removes the stored document and its index entry. Copies you have already sent are, of course, out of our hands.
