Why the task picks the format
A cash-flow forecast is only useful if you can change an assumption, so it arrives as a spreadsheet. A pitch deck is only useful if you can present it, so it arrives as a deck. The format is part of the task definition and is shown on every task page before you start.
What each format contains
PDF — clean typographic hierarchy: headings, callout boxes for key findings, tables for comparisons, and a summary section that can be scanned in thirty seconds.
DOCX — paragraph styles applied throughout, so headings, body text and callouts stay consistent while you edit. Fully yours to change.
XLSX — labelled input cells, formula-driven output cells and a summary tab. Change any assumption and the downstream figures update. No hidden formulas, no locked cells.
PPTX — a headline, three to five concise bullets and a speaker note per slide, structured to open with context, build through evidence and land on a call to action.
Which plans include which exports
PDF and DOCX are available on every plan. PPTX and XLSX exports are included from Pro upward. Free-plan exports carry a watermark.
Frequently asked questions
What formats do I get?
Polished PDF and DOCX on every plan, plus PPTX for decks and XLSX for financial models. Pro adds your brand kit (logo and colors applied automatically); Business adds white-label exports.
Can I choose a different format for a task?
Not today. Each task delivers the format its output is designed for, which is what keeps the structure guaranteed.
How fast is delivery?
Most tasks deliver in 1–5 minutes. You can leave the page — we'll email you and ping you in-app the moment your document is ready.
