Deleting one deliverable
You can delete individual deliverables from your library at any time. Deletion removes the stored document and its index entry.
Exporting or deleting the whole account
Ask us to export or delete your account and data by emailing support@ogum.org from the address on the account. We answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first. When you ask us to delete your account we remove your account data, profiles, deliverables and uploads.
What is kept, and why
Credit-ledger entries and payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, typically several years, even after account deletion. Server logs and audit trails are kept for a limited period for security and debugging, then deleted or anonymised. Deleted data can persist in backups for a short period before those backups expire.
What your data is never used for
Your briefs and uploads are used only to produce your deliverable — never to train models. Files are processed server-side and uploads are treated strictly as reference data.
